Bálint Ternyik

I am mainly interested in ecology and behaviour and how we can apply our knowledge in these fields on conservation and population management. I am currently studying how to measure population sizes based on data from camera traps, without the identification of individuals. I have set up a Hungarian project within MammalWeb/MammalNet, where I hope to apply my model to draw inferences about the size and health of various mammal populations of Hungary.
